Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account & profile information: name, email address, phone number, resume/CV, work history, target companies/roles, and employer email (for referrer verification).
• Usage data: pages visited, referrals submitted, device and browser type, IP address, and log data collected automatically when you use the Service.
• Communications: messages you send us via email, support forms, or in-app messaging.
• Billing information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, limited billing details such as your name, email, billing address, and transaction/order ID. We do not collect or store your full card, UPI, or bank account details — see Section 3 below.

• To create and manage your account and match candidates with referrers.
• To verify referrer employment and prevent fraud or fake accounts.
• To process payments for paid plans and send billing receipts.
• To communicate service updates, support responses, and (with consent) product announcements.
• To improve, secure, and monitor the performance of the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and payment-related regulatory requirements in India.

All payments on https://refril.com are processed securely by Cashfree Payments, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (https://www.cashfree.com). When you make a payment:

• Your card, UPI, net-banking, and other payment instrument details are entered directly into Cashfree Payments's secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment page — never on Refril's own servers.
• Refril and Fundizr Pvt Ltd. do not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials at any point.
• We retain only the minimum transaction metadata necessary for invoicing, refunds, and dispute resolution (e.g. amount, date, order ID, payment status, and a masked/last-4-digit reference provided by Cashfree Payments).
• Cashfree Payments processes this data under its own privacy policy and RBI-mandated security standards.

• Data is stored on access-controlled, encrypted infrastructure hosted with reputable cloud providers.
• Data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL.
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorized Fundizr personnel on a need-to-know basis.
• We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

While we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Cashfree Payments, to process payments you initiate.
• Verified referrers/candidates, limited to what is necessary to facilitate a referral, and only after both parties consent to connect.
• Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g. hosting, analytics, email delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Law enforcement or regulators, where required by applicable law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent for optional communications, by contacting us at hello@refril.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe as required under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
