Terms & Conditions

Refril is a brand fully owned and operated by Fundizr Pvt Ltd., a company incorporated in India. References to “Refril”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Terms refer to Fundizr Pvt Ltd..

Refril operates a referral marketplace that:

• Connects job-seeking candidates with verified, currently-employed professionals (“referrers”) at target companies, free of charge for candidates.
• Allows referrers to browse pre-vetted candidate profiles and submit internal referrals through their employer's existing HR/referral process.
• May offer optional paid plans or premium features from time to time (see Section 4), providing priority matching and related benefits to candidates.

Referral bonuses paid to referrers upon a successful hire are paid by the hiring company under its own referral program, not by Refril or Fundizr Pvt Ltd.. Refril facilitates the connection only and does not guarantee interviews, offers, or bonus payouts.

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Service.
• Referrers must verify their employment using a valid company email address. Providing false employment information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Refril does not currently charge candidates or referrers for any part of the Service. If we introduce a paid plan or premium feature in the future, its price will always be displayed clearly in Indian Rupees (INR) on the relevant page before checkout, with no hidden or dummy charges, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.

All payments made through the Service are processed via Cashfree Payments, our payment gateway partner, and are collected by and payable to Fundizr Pvt Ltd. — the legal entity responsible for all billing, invoicing, and payment-related liabilities on this Service. Any invoice, receipt, or bank/card statement entry relating to a purchase on https://refril.com will reflect Fundizr Pvt Ltd..

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing on a going-forward basis. Existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 15 days before any price change takes effect.

Cancellation and refund terms for paid plans are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including fake employment verification).
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or solicit users outside its intended purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent verification, security, or payment mechanisms.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the Service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content, branding, and software associated with Refril are the property of Fundizr Pvt Ltd. or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Fundizr Pvt Ltd. does not guarantee that any referral will result in an interview, offer, hire, or bonus payout. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fundizr Pvt Ltd.'s aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
