“I worked on EEG-based schizophrenia detection. I preprocessed 16-channel EEG recordings, benchmarked seven classical machine-learning models, and then developed a hybrid CNN-LSTM model with attention. It achieved around 97% accuracy using subject-wise validation. I also used Grad-CAM and Integrated Gradients to interpret the model’s predictions, and the work was documented in a research paper accepted at ICSDP 2025.
